Comcast is blocking services.mozilla.com
It Seems that Comcast is blocking services.mozilla.com. I cannot reach the service directly connected to my modem, but over my cell phone, I can reach the site and the service.
Any ideas how to get around this?

are you using a router with your comcast cable modem? you can always change the DNS in a router or your PC to circumvent your ISP but I can assure you that I am a comcast customer and the service is avilable to me then again I use google's DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
DNS is a logical culprit.
If you are using Comcast's "Constant Guard" security suite, there might also be something in there that might filter traffic on a site-by-site basis. I don't use it myself, so I don't have specific suggestions on where to check.
BINGO!
Thanks! !
Was it changing to Google Public DNS that fixed it?
I had somewhat the same issue, but not because of intentional blocking.. it was my isp dns servers having issues themseles. Im as far away as Toronto Ontario Canada with Rogers Cable and Teksavvy Cable. I switched my dns servers on my router to 8.8.8.8 (didnt put one in the for the secondary just yet) and it worked perfect for me here.
I just wanted to let you guys know that this is a solution.. 100% here is my question with solution Sync Server has been down all night. Do Devs even realize?

The Firefox Sync service is operating, however we are having some DNS propagation issues, which should be resolved very shortly.
