Web pages keep going BACK and FORWARD

Just typing on this page (my 4th try) this page will flip back to previous page when I barely touch my mouse. Example.... when I try to log on to my bank or Kaiser I enter Username then hit enter, then enter next question and when I barely touch my mouse to hit enter the page flips back to asking for Username again. I'm not computer smart so I don't know where problem is. Sometimes it will work and then not.
