Dual head card, right pane, "Latest Headlines" flickering on opening/closing. Works correctly on Left pane window

Firefox 4.0 Beta 7, Windows 7, 64 bit, Dual head, resolution both screens, 1920 x 1080, Landscape. When browser full screen left pane, move mouse over "Latest Headlines" click and move mouse down, drop down list of events is shown and stable and I can select from the list.

If I move this browser from left to right pane, full size and I move mouse over "Latest Headlines" click and move mouse down, the drop down list appears momentarily and disappears. As you move the mouse down to where the list was shown it momentarily appears and disappears again. The tooltip remains with the info of the news event but the selection window is not there.
