Hello all, I have two HP computers running Win10 home on the ESU program and will be buying new computers in several months with Win11 factory installed. One is an Omen desktop and the other is a Envy laptop. I noticed in my Event Viewer after updating Firefox to 147 that I am now getting three consecutive 10016 DCOM Warnings every time I open Firefox. This has never happened before in all the years I have used Firefox. Now I completely understand that we should just ignore 10016 DCOM https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/application-management/event-10016-logged-when-accessing-dcom but I find it strange that all of a sudden it is now happening and only for Firefox and on both computers. I do have the procedure to fix DCOM errors but do not like messing with the registry and permissions even though I have in the past with no problems but there is always that chance that it could and I do not want to risk it. I was wondering if any other users are seeing this in their Event Viewer System Log for Firefox or is this a known or unknown Firefox update problem or what. Respectfully, Don
