Will Thunderbird work with an accounting program Sage 50 to be able to send quotes and invoices?

I have just installed a new version of Peachtree Accounting 2017 (Sage 50) I had the 2010 version and for some reason a couple of weeks ago it would not let me send quotes or invoices it was saying my MAPI was not compliant> so I updated to the 2017-18 version and just wanted to make sure that Mozilla Thunderbird would support it and I would be able to send out quotes and invoices.
