I I disabled my add-ons and I don't know how to undo it. I think I did it permanently. Is there any way to undo it? Help!

I wen tot go into safe mode and disable add-ons, and instead of when the dialog box came I pressed save and continue after selecting disable add-ons button. I believe that's permanent, but can I undo this? Because now I have no Adobe Flash Player. Please help!
