VPN, Ublock Origin, DuckDuck Privacy Essencials and Privacy Badger
Is it necessary to have all those applications? Do you think only free VPN is necessary? Thank you very much.

Most of the privacy and security-focused applications you mentioned are provided through extensions, although Firefox does offer a built-in VPN.
Whether you choose to use these additional applications is entirely up to you.
