When I use Firefox web browser and log into my AT&T Email the when I open an email the words (body of the email) do not display (there are no words) I can see and the images but the words are missing

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
