Everyday, I face problems with Mozilla. The system stop to send messages or receive messages or both. This happens everyday, many times.
I use Mozilla for more than 4 years now. Everyday when I start to use Mozilla I also start to have problems with the sending and receiving of messages. It stops many times along the day and come back later (sometimes in a vry short period of time 1 or 2 minutes, othertimes it take almost 10 minutes to come back. I use other mail services (Outlook) without any problem (at the same time). I keep on using Mozilla because it has some facilities that Outlook does not have. Can you help me? Is there any Mozilla upgrade version? Thanks for any help. Joaquim

Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird
