I have received email notice that my account will be deleted in 7 days;is that correct or spam?

I have received today 16/10/2026 an email purporting to be from Firefox telling me that my account will be terminated in 7 days and account totally deleted. I'm not sure it's genuine as I use Firefox regularly as my main server. If it is correct can you indicate how I maintain my access to the web and my Firefox account please? "Message: Your Mozilla account and data will be deleted in 7 days Your Mozilla account is used to access free privacy and browsing products like Firefox sync, Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Relay, and MDN.
