I am able to save passwords during a Firefox session but when I close Firefox and then open it again the passwords are all gone.

I have checked settings for Privacy and Security and have tried various combinations including Remember History and a variety of combinations under Use Custom Settings for History.

I am running Firefox 137.0 (64-bit) under Windows.

Any assistance gratefully received. This is an annoying and time-consuming problem.

Can someone hack I with smart things and à satilite how could that work and they have a Ethernet wire hidden under ground coming right from their house and connecting this without my permission whàt can be done about this??
