I don't know what to put here I went to settings and everything is set as it should be to allow the VPN. I do not know why it isn't working.

Hi rhianna, are you using the Firefox's VPN feature or are you referring to another VPN? As a first step I would also advice you to update your Firefox, it looks like you're on 149 and the current Firefox is 153.
