I verified that my account was synchronized up to date before formatting my PC. Once I reinstalled the entire OS and Firefox with my account, it did not add any history, passwords or add-ons. what can i do to recover all the info i had?

Hola, El servicio de sync es para sincronizar dispositivos con Firefox no para realizar backup de los datos, podria funcionar como copia en el caso que tengas mas de un Firefox desktop conectado en la misma cuenta, si no es el caso entonces al conectar un unico Firefox a la cuenta estas indicando al servidor que borre los datos que tenia. Para hacer copias de seguridad lo indicado es hacer una copia de la carpeta de perfil de Firefox. Saludos
