I have a Canon MF240 Series UFRII LT laser printer. I can only print a web-page from firefox if I reset the browser first. I have to reset the browser each time I open it - the reset does not get "saved". How can I save the reset?

Did you also uninstall the driver completely and deleted the folder and reinstall to see if the problem was still there?

There is a "fix" of sorts for print problems - no need to do a Refresh / "Reset".

Sorry, I won't attempt to tackle the main fault with that printer failing to print consistently thru Firefox. But make sure that you have the latest print drivers available for that printer installed. The last two printers I bought needed updated drivers right out of the box.
