FF latest version Flash Player latest version, and confirmed working at adobe site I've used FF for many years just recently when trying to play embedded video on some sites www.bbc.co.uk/news any video crashes 'adobe plugin failed' There is no problem on YouTube, CNN and others If I clear the FF cache, restart FF, then go back to the BBC site, flash works, but the problem then re-appears after a few days (No problem in IE11)
