Ich nutze die Funktion von Firefox, dass wenn ich ihn schliesse, er alle Tabs speichert, und beim naechsten mal diese Tabs wieder aufruft.

Nur das wunderliche ist, dass ein Tab erscheint, was beim letzten mal nicht da war. Der Link ging "www.delta-homes.com", dabei ging es noch fuer immer weiter.

Mit meiner Suche durch das Internet bin ich am Ende. Heute Abend werde ich meinen Laptop nochmal mit Viren absuchen.

Ich waere allen sehr dankbar. Wenn man mein Problem auch so loesen koennte.

Und vorweg sage ich mal:

-Kein Add-on oder sonstiges was dies verursachen koennte -Kein unnoetiges Program was dies Verursachen koennte

I assume that you are using this setting in "Firefox/Extras > Einstellungen"?

  • Extras-> Einstellungen-> Allgemein : "Wenn Firefox gestartet wird"
  • "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

You can check the home page setting to be sure that it isn't included as one of them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.

Delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox profile folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them if possible).
