I'd like to install a clean copy of Firefox with no extensions or plug-ins.

Sometimes I can't open links. Sometimes a site will only partially download. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps. I've tried to reinstall Firefox, but all my previous extensions and plug-ins reappear. Therefore, I'd like to try installing a clean copy. How do I do this?

You can delete all the files and folders in the Firefox Profile Folder with Firefox closed to make Firefox start with fresh files.
Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

You will have to disable all extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions; some programs install extensions globally) and plugins (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins; found via a registry scan) yourself if you do not want any add-ons.
