How do I get and use a mask e-mail address?

I was on a Web page where I was going to download a document. It asked me for my e-mail address to verify that I'm human. I got a pop-up box from Mozilla asking if I wanted to use a mask e-mail address instead. To do that, I needed to create a Mozilla account, which I've now done. But I can't figure out how to create and use a mask e-mail address. What are the next steps and where do I go to find them?

You are using Firefox Relay. Here is the guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/create-email-mask-through-firefox-relay
