How do I change my user name

Try this Methode with most new versions of Firefox.

Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner and select Settings. Click on your email address or avatar at the top of the left sidebar to open your Firefox Account settings. Click Manage Account next to your profile picture. In the Account information section, click the Change button next to your current display name, enter your new username, and save.

From your UA, it seems that you're on iOS. In such a case, just go to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings and click Change next to Display name.
