Hi. Just signed up for Mozilla VPN, but used a different email address than my account email. How do I change the VPN email without a password?

I have a problem verifying a secondary email address for my Mozilla Account.

Whenever I click "Send verification code", the website confirms that the code has been sent, but I never receive any email.

I have already ruled out the usual causes:

The mailbox is working correctly. I receive emails from other senders without any problems. I checked the Inbox, Spam and Junk folders. I waited for more than 30 minutes and tried multiple times. I tested with different browsers and private browsing mode.

Most importantly, I tested two completely different email providers:

[email removed to protect user's privacy] (STRATO) [email removed to protect user's privacy] (Telekom Germany)

The verification email is not delivered to either address.

My email system was [email-removed]@indiana.edu and they changed it to [email-removed]@iu.edu. I can no longer receive email at the @indiana.edu account and I would like to migrate the bookmarks and other data like credit card info to my new Mozilla at [email-removed]@iu.edu. How can I do that when I cannot access the code being emailed to [email-removed]@indiana.edu?

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my Firefox Account.

My Firefox Account is currently associated with the email address:

Old email: [edited] @mail.ru

Unfortunately, this email account has been permanently deleted, and I no longer have any possibility to recover or access it.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my Firefox Account, including all associated data, synchronization information, and authentication methods, to a new email address:

New email: [edited from community support forum] @gmail.com

I am currently signed in to the Firefox Account on my mobile devices and can provide information about them if necessary.

I work for Mozilla, my LDAP changed a few years ago, I just noticed my Firefox is logged in as my previous LDAP . Is there any way to change this without deleting all of my bookmarks etc.?

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. The email address that was used when my Mozilla account was first set up no longer exists, I'm trying to change it but the site keeps sending the confirmation codes to the existing non-existent email address which I no longer have access to. How do I change the email address without losing any data?

Confirmation email is not arriving to my new email account

I need to change the username on my Mozilla and email address to avoid paying ridiculous prices on my email. I am trying to change it to a gmail address.

First I am trying to add secondary email address but the confirmation code never shows up in the gmail.

How do I fix this without losing all my data and passwords.

I set up my Mozilla account, with its pirmary and secondary emails, before deleting my primary email To switch my secondary email to my primary email, I'd need to receive a code on my primary email, which has been deleted.
