You wil need to follow the lost credentials process outlined in:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information
If you are still logged in on a connected device then you can use that device to disable 2FA. Otherwise if you do not have recovery codes then you are out of luck and need to create a new account.
That's depressing and ridiculous. I have access to my email that I used to create the account. It should count as a 2 factor authentication.
I happened to reset my phone that led to me losing my Google Authenticator app.
Is it not possible to speak to an admin and remove my authenticator app and validate me by my email (I have the ability to reset my password and I do get the authorization codes :<
