While on a webpage, changing to a different app on mobile sometimes causes the whole browser to bug, blanking out the page and refusing to load. Sometimes when this happens, waiting a while will allow the page to load, but often i have to clear cache for it to work.

Download the app today. I know it's free now but when would it start costing me money? I don't think I've completed my installation, sorry not sure, I'm not technically savey. Not sure if I have to add a extension? And I have questions about "masks"? I think 🤔 that's it. Thank you very much. Susan

Hello Firefox Support, I am currently trying to access my account on a platform called DESAD (D-A-S-A-D), but I am unable to identify which Firefox Relay email address I used during registration. I have multiple Relay email masks, but I cannot determine which one is linked to the platform, and the Relay dashboard does not clearly show which email was used on specific websites. Because of this, I am unable to log in or recover my account. Please kindly help me confirm which Relay email was used for DESAD. Thank you for your support

Is anybody could tell me how to switch off or block FireFox download manager on android? I try to understand what is the reason to introduce this solution, but I can't. Android has download manager which sending notifications after every download, so why I am forced to clear that notifications twice - once in android and second time in FireFox? Is anybody could explain me that? Because I'm so stupid to understand this. I don't want to manage my downloads from FireFox and I want to remove it or switch-off. So please somebody help me

Hello! I appreciate many niceties of the 148 update, but i'm having an issue resulting in many more tabs on Android mobile than I usually generate. When I search something and then want to sesrch the same query again using a different search engine (by selecting a different search engine from the tab bar menu) a new tab opens, leaving the query via the previous search engine open, and the current query of the current search engine in a new tab with focus. I'm aware that this behavior can be modified on desktop, but there is no such setting for android.

I would really love for this behavior to be reverted or optional, as it's made it so I need to clear out many tabs of duplicate queries (on different sesrch engines) and it makes me avoid using the built-in search engine switcher to prevent generating more tabs :( (which sucks because I have like 10+ custom searches and they're very useful!)

While not being used (phone off and charging at night) Firefox used up around 6GB of data and I have no idea why.

There were three tabs open at the time, two had been open for several days without issue, I think this was the other one.

I noticed this when staying somewhere with a flaky WiFi connection, as I got a warning about mobile data use, so it's entirely possible it isn't the first time.

Phone running Android 11.

On android phones, you can disable the gesture hint (white bar at bottom of screen). Other apps I have tried while having it disabled have no issue. With Firefox however... when gesture hint is off and i swipe up from the bar, my finger is technically swiping at the address bar, which (aside of sending me to home - because that's what the up gesture does on the bottom) opens the tab switcher.

just let me know how i can get things in order. i am not an expert in these fields, for years you have been good and, fairly, simple. now it is all a pain in the neck!! how do i correct this?

Hi! I´m a big shortcut user and a year-long Firefox fan and user. Now it´s the first time I´m using an Android tablet (Boox Tab X C) and the typical shortcuts for new tab (Ctrl + T), close tab (Ctrl + W), etc. do not work. I researched this a little and it seems to be by design. Why do you forsake us, Firefox god??

I have exported my bookmarks from Brave, which are in HTML format. I cannot find where you can import them into Firefox, I am using the Android version.

I would also like to know where the private window is so I can use YouTube.
