Hello,

Am trying to export Firefox passwords. After the warning message that the export file will be readable text, nothing happens. Searched community to find that this problem exists but no solution other than reinstallation. When I did a reinstall not long ago, my profile disappeared so had to recover it using replacement json and db4 files. Not so keen to just re-install and lose my profile again. Hi Bradforth, Thanks for your reply. The stock chart download is not a PDF file. I suppose it is from the yahoo finance web site. There are a number of elements: Open yahoo finance account. (See screenshot 1). Enter stock symbol in the search bar. (MSFT) -(See screenshot 2) Enter. (See screenshot 3). This page now shows various data and you will see that it says it is downloading the chart for that stock. It does not. There are also two routes to downloading a more informative chart, See (screenshot 4). You can let it go on and on and it does not download.

My Firefox Updated today and just closed randomly, on reopen it was brand new with no history/bookmark etc. I didn't have a firefox account at the time. Is there a way to restore it since i used a lot of mozilla auto set passwords which have also been deleted.

I upgraded my graphics card and monitors to the highest HD quality but Firefox is not rendering the graphics it actually makes the pictures jpegs look very bad. Every thing looks fine on another web browser it is only firefox with this problem. I love fire fox for its privacy so please fix this issue.

The images below are before and after I click on the pictures. When it opens up the picture it graphics go to shit.

Since firefox updated to ver 140, I am having issues with sign ins to various sites. example: sign in to tvguide using firefox I am told my email address is in use - choose another. sign in to tvguide with microsoft edge - everything works fine. I have been using firefox as my browser of choice. Is this upgrade causing this issue? I did not have it with the previous version. I am having similar issues with other sites SINCE this upgrade so the obvious question - did you break something adding these new features?

So, I was downloading some Patreon stuff and Patreon isnt well optimized for browsing older posts. When you have to load multiple more pages dating backwards it slows down the Firefox quite a lot, pretty much to the point when the Firefox reach non-responding state in worst cases.

But luckily for me Patreon worked fine for me tonight, just when I was closing the Firefox, it took like 5 seconds for it to close.

I spent some short time by responding messages on Steam and Discord and then I started new Firefox window, this time I went on Netflix and when the page loaded my monitor went black and then after like few seconds it returned back with "Displayport" message on the top left corner.

When I checked Event viewer, there is nothing at all. When I checked about:crashes, there is also nothing.

Any idea what was that and how to prevent that?

Yesterday passwords were available in the settings , privacy / security section . I then shut down the computer late evening . The next day I started the computer, started firefox and logged into a website and noticed Firefox password didn't seem to be working. I went to Settings / Privacy/ Security / Passwords and all my passwords were missing . How I get the passwords back

After Windows crashed, I installed a new system and logged into Firefox using my account. But all my history, passwords, bookmarks were erased. I also went to my phone and everything was gone. I didn't erase anything myself. Is there any way to restore the previous state of the account? Are there any backups on the Firefox Sync server?

My email is nickgabriel@usa.net so I use usa.net as my internet email and log in with FIREFOX.

Every 12 hours, my account is logged off, firefox still up and running, and then I log back in immediately.

What can be done so firefox does not log me off but keeps my email logged in and running?

when printing a page from Firefox,, normal default printer settings is "fit to page" which is fine for 99% of time But,, when i switch to scale 100%, this setting is ignored and the page prints still with the "fit to page"

Switching to use "Edge" as browser and doing the exact same print,,,, printout scales to 100% and is perfect

Took me while to isolate this problem and all attempts at firefox settings etc have no effect The issue is re-producible on multiple computers and multiple printers

Please advise otherwise i will have to continue to use MsEdge for this one task Rick L

On a certain site, a new window is opened to read a text file. However in Firefox since the latest update, text is shown with its scroll bar in a narrow 5-line strip in the middle, leaving the rest of the window blank (see image).

The same site is displayed normally in Chrome.

Hello, for some reason all my tabs just closed and i cant get them back by any way either than recovering last session, but when im trying to follow the way "history - recover the last session" there is no such option as "recover the last session", are there any other ways to recover the session or make this option appear? firefox version - 140.0.4 (64 bit)

so, for many years I use firefox with hundreds of tabs, to keep that loading smoothly, I have the Profile folder on a RAM disk, which size is limited. Originally I started with 512MB which seemed plenty, but got bloated eventually, so I increased it to 700MB, then 800MB thinking it should be fine, cause "my personal data" isn't that much.

In the beginning i had to manually clear my own Website Data every couple months, deleting everything older than a year.

Currently I have to delete my personal Data every 10 days and only keep the last 2-3 months, to not run out of space... I also started to not visit heavy Websites with firefox, but with another browser that doesn't run of a Ramdisk, but despite all my efforts I need some other solution.

It feels like some files just keep growing over time without getting rid of old data, and storing new technical files, that i don't want in my profile folder... At this point, getting some extra 50-100MB that doesn't come from deleting my current data would be great... A way, to cleanup any unused data... I tried everything I could find, but I'm kinda stuck. Keeping all my Profile settings, customisations and still used personal Data is really important to me.

After Firefox requested to be updated, I lost all of my bookmarks. I tried to go in and "restore" them but there are no backups to restore from. How do I get my bookmarks back?

I cannot access an account anymore due to the fact that I lost access to 2FA. I kindly request that account to be deleted.

On Twitch, my scroll bar stopped loading correctly on one of my computers. The scroll bar should be slim but it's loading the full sized bar causing the menu to look wrong.

I've tried loading firework in troubleshoot mode and it still isn't loading correctly. Works on my laptop synced with my account.

Anyone have a clue what is happening?
