My Firefox blocked by false window on Dell computer. How to fix it?

When I try to open any internet site, I get the Fox icon with cable, saying it can not Access.I did check updates, last on list was June 26,2026. Did Firefox know this with the false window there? How do I get my account on my Dell computer recovered? I am on my PC11 tablet now. Mary Rogers
