My Firefox crushed and cannot install a new version in Mac

Hello,

The Firefox I was using was crushed entirely and lost all my passwords, bookmarks, etc. The app's folder is not accessible. Then I downloaded a new version, and when I tried to open the app, a dialogue box said Firefox was trying to install a helper. Cancel does not work, and the "OK" stops the opening. I have a Mac with an OS Sequoia 15.

I tried to transfer the json, place.., key4, etc by copying from the old information i have, but the system does not work.
