In Firefox for Android, you can customize which notifications you receive from the app:

  1. Open Firefox for Android.
  2. Tap the Vertical dots menu menu button.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Site permissions.
  5. Select Notification.
  6. Choose Ask to allow to be prompted when notifications are available or Blocked to not see notifications at all.
