Is there anything that could be done to make the white page that shows as a page loads be black? Or is that a site host's decision? It's very jarring when I have dark mode set but as a page that itself is set to dark mode begins its loading with a full page of white sometimes. (Usually when clicking a link that opens in a new tab.)
