FireFox version 140.0.2. is not good either! The video upload to Youtube will not start either! Removing cookies did not solve the problem either. This phenomenon has happened before, starting with version 131.0, which was eventually fixed later. (Win10 64 bit)

Since the last update its a mess. My advisors are telling me its loading slow I cannot connect with them in their chat............Chrome is fine

Can someone figure this out?

My screenshot scissors tool has disappeared from the toolbar. I looked in "Customise Toolbar" and "Edit controls" is the only related toolbar that's there. Has the scissors tool been replaced by this?

Today randomly i noticed that my bookmark bar is waaay shorter out of the blue, i didn't change or adjust anything, all i do is the updates from mozilla that's all, it was all music it really saddens me because atm it's lost forever, i hope somebody can help me (i don't know since when it disappered i literally just noticed it right now ...)

Why when I view a site in a private window are the cookies saved in the cookies and site data list on the privacy and security page of my main firefox pages. I though when you used private windows no cookies or history was saved once you closed the page.

The crashing is soo repeated- that even on an individual web page- it can crash over & over; a page won't remain open more than a moment (literally) & can crash again & again.

This's across different websites.

Just started like this week.

Any suggestions? Can Mozilla fix this??

The contents of my Bookmarks Toolbar disappeared at the same time as a Windows 10 update. Instead of my bookmarks, I see "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks." I right-clicked on the space and I have "Always Show" still checked.

To protect your security, eazypay.icicibank.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

I only discovered the tab groups function within the last few weeks, and upon finding, I moved dozens of open tabs into organized groups. On using the feature, I noticed the ability to save and close groups and that I could recover those closed groups by using the arrow in the browser toolbar.

When I got to my PC this morning, my desktop had restarted or hibernated or something; when I started it up, Firefox was open which is unusual as I don't have Firefox set to open on startup - usually so I can restore sessions after crashes. All of my previously open tabs were open, but none of the closed, saved tab groups are visible. I cannot find any of the dozen or so closed tab groups and it appears I've lost easily hundreds of tabs.

I tried looking at the session backups but it seems because Firefox was open on start, it overwrote the previous session data. Is there any way to recover those saved groups or am I SOL?

am trying to log into the indian evisa (indianfrro.gov.in) website to print off an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) and when logging into the site I am getting a warning saying potential security risk ahead

The issue is most likely with the web site, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using antivirus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the web site’s administrator about the problem.

I do not know what to do for the best

Description: while viewing videos on youtube, twitch, odysee (and possibly other sites with videos), the video player may suddenly stop playing, and after that, no video in firefox can be played. Restarting the browser makes this issue disappear for a while, but i'd like a permanent solution.

What i've tried so far: Disabling uBlock Clearing cache and cookies Enabling/Disabling hardware acceleration Disabling proxy extension Disabling antivirus on PC.

When I start Firefox without any internet, i.e. Airplane mode, the browser starts up pretty quickly. However when I connect to internet, either via WiFi or LAN, the startup time increases dramatically. This means that Firefox is connecting to the internet, waiting for some server to respond and then finish the launching of the browser. I have been able to figure out that Firefox connects to the following URLs when it launches.

1. cdn.statically.io
2. img-getpocket.cdn.mozilla.net
3. ublockorigin.github.io
4. aus5.mozilla.org
5. content-signature-2.cdn.mozilla.net

Please note that this is not the complete list, it is just what I have been able to figure out. There might be other URLs that Firefox connects too, which I am not aware off.

So my questions are as follows 1) How do I come to know all the URLs Firefox is connecting too, when it launches? 2) How can I check how much time does the server take to respond back to Firefox? 3) Is there a way that to stop the connection between these servers and Firefox? For example, pockets is getting shut down and I do not use pockets. So I maybe the connection to img-getpocket.cdn.mozilla.net can be terminated or stopped. OR maybe the connection to content-signature-2.cdn.mozilla.net can be asychronous and need not hold up the browser loading and so on

I’ve been a loyal Firefox user for years, and I generally love your browser. However, I recently experienced a serious issue due to how Firefox handles saved sessions, cookies, and multiple logged-in accounts.

I had two Gmail accounts saved in Firefox, both of which were at some point used to access Fiverr accounts — one active, and one previously disabled. During a session where I was logged into my active Fiverr account, my internet went down temporarily. When I refreshed Fiverr after the connection came back, Firefox reloaded a session that appeared to be linked to the disabled Fiverr account — even though I never intentionally accessed it.

As a result, Fiverr’s automated system flagged my active account for being "connected" to a banned one. This has had a direct negative impact on my freelancing career — my account was permanently flagged, and I lost access to valuable clients and my work history.

I understand that session management and cookie handling are standard browser features, but I want to highlight how important session isolation and protection from unintended auto-logins are, especially for freelancers and remote workers using platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and others.

Please consider offering better controls or clearer separation between accounts (e.g., warning before auto-loading saved sessions, stronger isolation per Gmail/Fiverr session, or more powerful multi-account browsing containers by default).

This small technical behavior has led to a major professional loss.
