Since yesterdayevening I am experiencing problems with connecting to imap.one.com with all four of my accounts in Thunderbird 157.0.1 (64-bits). It says something like "Connecting to the server at imap.one.com with username XX@XX.XX failed" (translated to English) Mailsystem at one.com (webmail) and in my Android (Bluemail-app) works fine. I tried to fill in the right passwords, even changed a password and tried the new one, but still no effect.

Settings: Servertype: POP-mailserver Servername: imap.one.com Port: 995 Username: emailadress

Connectionsecurity SSL/TLS Authenticationmetod: Normal password

I use the release-update-channel (if that is usefull info?)

What can be wrong?

Hi there I have been using Thunderbird for many years to manage the same many mail accounts on diverse PCs. I prefer using a portable version from portableapps.com, partly because when it comes to transferring to another gadget, it suffices just moving the portable folder, and I do not have to create dozens of accounts in a fresh install. Of late, I have been getting frequent irritating error messages for 2 Yahoo accounts. It connects to them & I can receive mail, but for automatic connections to the server in between, I keep getting error messages like: The current operation on 'inbox' did not succeed.' The mail account to abc@yahoo.com responded: p.', ... etc The other day, after reading about possible solutions from some forums, I decided to just delete both accounts and used the recommended Thunderbird connection settings for Yahoo to create the 2 accounts anew. I thought the problem was solved, only to have the same alerts every now & then reappearing, which amounts to a lot, if you have Thunderbird on many hours a day. I consistently update Thunderbird, the moment I'm alerted to a new version. I also have Gmail, Outlook, AOL(AIM) & other accounts, but not get similar issues. How do I permanently solve this problem? I no longer have a right click menu available for photos in an email. There is only the option to zoom in or back out. My screen does not match what directions Google has to offer to fix the bug.

Hello, I am having an issue that Emails which are displayed in the reading area disapper for appr. 2 minutes. Afterwards they appear again. I have not been able to find out if this is a problem in Thunderbird, or if another application is causing this. I have read an article that Avast Antivirus is temporarily locking folders during scan. Maybe someone has had the same topic and can give me a hint where to search for the root cause. Thank you.

I HAD MY SCREEN SET UP SO THAT I COULD COPE WITH MY VISUAL DISABILITY AND NOW I CAN'T USE IT. YOU HAVE SCREWED IT ALL UP AND I HAVE SPENT HOURS USING AI TRYING TO PUT IT BACK. Details: I can't have left column bar; I need all my tools on the top bar like they used to be. You made the address bar so huge, I can't move things back on the top bar. You are using tiny symbols on the left bar that I can't even see to tell what they are; I need it in words, not tiny symbols. You took away the choices under the Google Search box so you can't choose to use AI or not. There's probably more, but that's all can think of at the moment. I'm so upset that my blood pressure is skyrocketing and I'll probably have a stroke. This is the second time since I've been a user that you have forced major changes on the users, whether they wanted them or not. I eventually got a usable screen after the prior changes, but it took me time I can't spare, and it was never perfect. Now what you're doing is even worse. Give us a way to go back to the old version so it doesn't destroy our lives like this is doing to mine. I will sue and move to a different browser if I have to.

How can I stop firefox automatically saving .pdf documents into my downloads folder.

I open and use hundreds of .pdf documents everyday, and my downloads folder is at capacity with my viewed pdf's.

please help.

Difficulty viewing my Firefox bookmarks page.

Summary: I want to launch a new tab, • open my bookmarks, • select one of my bookmarks and go there. Details: My device is a Samsung Android phone running the latest Firefox browser. I start by click the plus (+) on Firefox top menu bar. Firefox opens a new blank tab. The problem is the 3 dot vertical menu is gone. It's replaced by a camera icon. I use the 3 dot vertical menu button to drill down and access my bookmarks page. Is there a different way to open my bookmarks page that I should know about?

Hello, I run Firefox mobile on a Motorola g stylus 5g, and although I'm aware it's a lower-end device, the constant crashes with the app is becoming infuriating. I'm on the newest version, and a large majority of these crashes occur when I'm on twitter browsing posts.

These crashes can happen a few minutes into browsing to an hour, and this issue used to never happen until the update before this one. I use a few extensions related to appearance, those being Ublock origin, dark reader, and control panel for twitter. Performance regarding being on the website has always been awful, but it's never crashed before.

In addition, the app is insistent on reverting me to tabs I had either an few hours ago to days ago, and it changes to what I currently had on screen for unexplainable reasons. I've tried resyncing tabs but this rarely solves the issue

Any advice in resolving these crashes would be appreciated. Attached is my crash log.

Greetings, I am on the spectrum with aspergers. I have issues with organization, lining up objects, etc, but I am highly intelligent and present well. I have no doubt society is aware of all the tropes that surround folks with my......difference. I have an incredibly hard dealing with change, and it sometimes wrecks my mental health. The changes are constantly throwing my health and welfare for a loop, and it is really harmful.

Everytime I get firefox setup to where I am comfortable, something new gets shoved down my throat. How to stop the constant feature change diarrhea abuse is inflicting on my health? Recent example. I only use 2 search engines, and I cant deal with the rest, its a colour thing sorry. I have had my search engines set up like this for 14 years.

Recently, firefox decided that I should go for another life rollercoaster, even though I didn't ask for it, and that I should permanently have things like history bookmarks tabs and actions as search engines, and they shouldn't be removable.

I don't have a history, as I value my privacy. I don't have bookmarks, because I remember everything and it sucks, and I type about 350 wpm. Tabs information is within history, so I see firefox as duplication idiots in this case, and I don't do any actions, not even sure what they are and I really don't care at all.

My parents are considering a lawsuit against firefox for accessibility issues like this, as 1 of my dad's best friends is an accessibility lawyer.

How can i stop firefox from constantly flipping my autism world upside down? I don't want my parents to sue them because it will bring a lot of attention on me.

I’m trying to get into my bank account and thus my credit card online, I had a message to check some recent charges. I’m having some trouble with ending correct info.

I login follow prompts, I have to sign out of phone to get things to work also. but because you have to go into authenticator app to verify, by the time you come back to verify it has failed. I have done this several times, but with no avail! What can be done about this situation, yes i have tried login with email, but still get the same issue.
