Problem with Nightly icon on taskbar

I pinned the Nightly icon to the taskbar. When I click on it to open Nightly, it creates another icon on the taskbar, which disappears when I close Nightly. I don't want a new taskbar icon when I open Nightly; I just want the icon I have pinned.

Chosen solution

Try to unpin that icon and remove it and open Firefox (Nightly) and pin that icon instead.
