Open your browser and select Tools from the top of the page, then select Add-ons. Look for the weather report add-on, probably under the Extensions tab,left click on it and you should have a choice to open Options, Disable the add-on or Uninstall it. I've attached a screen shot of another add-on to show you what you should see.
