links from emails do not open in firefox
I have to have firefox already running to open a link from my email. Other wise I click the link, it opens firefox to the start page and then I have to go back to email again and click the link again. It used to work. I am on a mac.

I have the same problem. did the process to set Firefox as default browser but still will not open links.
some say its to do with uninstalling chrome which i have just done.. there is no simple fix to it... well depends how computer literate you are i suppose... some suggest reinstalling chrome in order to resolve it.. i am not sure that i wouldnt make matters worse if i tried to fix it. see:
I had that problem before, but know that I downloaded Firefox 3.6.7 it opens 2 windows. One with the link and one with my homepage. ?????
