How can I fix the problem of not being able to send emailsd

molletts

I am currently unable to send emails. I am getting a error message saying: Connection refused - OB116. 159.196.15.181 is blacklisted in Abusix Mail Intelligence. I can receive emails but not send them.

This is a message from your (unnamed) email provider, and it can be taken literally. Your email sending service, for some reason, rightly or wrongly, is considers you to be an abuser of their service, and have therefore blocked you from sending. Only they can lift the block. You must contact them.

To prepare for your conversation with them, you can confirm that your outgoing (SMTP) settings are correct. Your settings can be found at <server settings | general (scroll all the way down servers list) outgoing server. compare them to your provider's recommended settings, which can usually be found on their help web pages. < p></server>

Thank you very much.
