i have used Firefox for years on several different deives and had good reliable results with it. However, recently on my windows 11 desktop pc, it has crashed for no apparent reason.
- However I think it may be to do with a recent bookmark entry stored in the bookmarks bar?? The website is a national UK hardware store and it seems to open OK. I cannot be sure but I think the problem started after I added this bookmark. It is a real nuisance and I have had to switch to Edge. Please advise how I might fix the problem.

Let's see if there's anything apparent captured in your crash logs:
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
