Firefox 116.0 and later including the latest Fx 150.0.x Release and Fx 140 ESR requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

For the EOL Windows 7 you have along with Windows 8, 8.1 the most current version to support is the Fx 115 ESR currently at Fx 115.32.2esr which you appear to have.

To use a current version of Firefox you need to either use Windows 10, 11 or to perhaps dual boot with a current Linux distro.
