The built-in VPN in Firefox 149.0 and later is free to use as you get 50GB limit each month and still being rolled out. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

Mozilla does have the standalone "Mozilla VPN" app that is subscription based and is perhaps what you are referring to.

The KB is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mozilla-vpn and since it is a paid subscription based app you can get direct ticket support with a contact form at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn

Though if you have successfully cancelled then the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn will redirect to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox
