First, please explain the relationship among Firefox, Mozilla and DuckDuckGo. Second, how to make Firefox open when compuetr starts. Third, how to make DDGo the search engine. Finally, how to delete email contacts. I have been doing some, but others show a red triangle and say "cannot delete this". Thank you for helping me, someday, soon, I hope , to escape the greedy clutches of MS. Gail

Hi,

To make a long story short: Mozilla is a company that develops Firefox. DuckDuckGo is a search engine (and an independent company behind it). You can use DuckDuckGo in Firefox, see this article for details.

To make Firefox open on startup, just check "Open Firefox automatically when your computer starts up" in Settings.

Regarding email contacts, I'm not sure if we can help with that here. If the question is related to a third-party website, please reach out to their support (unless there's an issue specific to Firefox). If the question is related to Thunderbird, please ask it on the corresponding forum (still on Mozilla Support, though!)

Hope that helps. Please feel free to post a reply if you have further questions! (Or mark this reply as a solution if you don't.)
