I have recently set up this new email address but only Sent and Deleted Folders have loaded - so how do I obtain the missing basic folders?

Chosen solution

May be we could help you more efficaciously if you showed us a screen shot with the contents of your folder pane. Otherwise it's like searching a needle in a haystack ... or waiting for Madame Soleil!

As if my magic, I appear to have solved my problem!

Going from Subscribe to Folder List still won't work BUT when I go to the New Folder option, problem solved. But, curiously, when I first contacted you this route didn't work!

Many thanks for all your help - much appreciated.

Cheers Gerald

Thank you for your feedback and congrats for your success. But honestly your solution lets me baffled. Yes, you can always create new folders via the contextual menu but I never have been in a situation where I had to do that: in all my IMAP accounts in all my profiles the "Subscribe" command always displayed the entire folder list in which I chose my folders to be displayed (or disabled the ones I didn't want)...

Well Mapenzi - the plot thickens! This morning the new folders had disappeared and the system won’t let me add any back while still refusing to add any through the “subscribe” route.Wierd indeed!
