i am being told to upgrade my browser.
at present it is 32bit Llnux Firefox ChaletOS. It appears it wants 64bit Linux but every time it only allows me access to 32bit version which tells me is out of date. What is happening?

Note: Mozilla has ended 32-bit Linux support as of Firefox 145.0 and later. Its possible some Linux distros have continued building 32-bit Firefox packages. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-has-ended-support-32-bit-linux
With 32-bit Linux you need 32-bit Firefox and the most current from Mozilla is Firefox 140 ESR currently at 140.7.0esr. It will likely be updated till about 140.13.0esr to 140.15.0esr based on past ESR channel versions.
