Why does Mozilla give me Firefox 32bit when I want 64bit??

Why does Mozilla give me Firefox 32bit when I want 64bit??

Chosen solution

Before the Firefox 53.0 Release on Wednesday, Windows users downloading the 52.0.2 and earlier Releases on www.mozilla would be served the 32-bit stub installer.

If you want to make sure you have the 64-bit (Win64) then go to www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

As of Firefox 53.0 the stub installer from www.mozilla.org should give you the option of installing 32-bit or 64-bit if you have 64-bit Windows.

You can also download Win64 from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Note if this was by update then you were likely using 32-bit before the update.

Dear James: Thanks for your effort but I already used that website before and it downloaded 32bit not 64bit. It did not give any options. Thanks, Again
