add bitwarden to firefox toolbar

How do I add the Bitwarden icon to the Firefox toolbar? There's no option to add it when I right-click on Bitwarden in the extensions list.

Thanks. I was looking at the Extensions and Themes list instead of the extensions button on the toolbar!
