I assume the inaccessible page you mentioned is shown on the 4th screenshot of yours. The reason you can't access the site (http://dr-bobasecuresites.com/) is because that site simply does not exist. The browser is also saying "we can't connect to the server at dr-bob.securesites.com". I attempted to access from my end, and it's giving me the same error. So it's not just you, but it's not working for everyone.
