Exporting my pocket list

Hi,

I have sent an email to support but didn't receive an answer yet, so I hope someone here might be able to help me.

So I've been trying to export my Pocket list, but didn't receive any my email.

After going over few of the support articles. I've noticed that my email didn't show up in the settings of Pocket. I have updated the email address, but I am not receiving the confirmation email.

I've tried 3 different email address.

Any idea what can I do? Thanks!

Hi, I don't have a ticket number, didn't receive any. I'm just afraid that my Pocket list will be deleted 😞 It seems that all I need to do to be able to export my list is just to verify my email address but I'm not receiving the verification mail. Thanks!

I just realized that you said you sent an email. I don't think we provide email support.

If you haven't already, can you create a ticket via this contact form? We have a dedicated support team for Pocket, and you'll get assistance from our support agent if you use that contact form instead. That is a different thing from this Community Support, as we can not disclose PII information such as email address in this forum.

Sorry for the confusion, that is exactly what I did, and haven't noticed that I've received a ticket ID in the mail. I've just sent another form, and this is my ticket ID: 285712 . I would be grateful if you guys could help me, thanks.

I have a feeling after years of using Pocket and following instructions to download and save all list's after being notified of it no longer being available, the reason for not being able to save anything (no email sent, not help at forum,etc) is because the main reason for this app was "money" they were trying to get clicks on certain suggested tags of interest. I am very disappointed in Firefox for allowing this to happen. First of all I was never notified of it being discontinued, I stumbled on it while searching for something else. I tried to down load my list on Jul 2, 2025 but read that the download may take several days to complete? I checked two days later but still no hint of the download having worked. Now it's Jul 11 and I'm out of luck as the deadline was Jul 8th.

Thanks for nothing..I had a lot of search history sites and apps that cost me a lot of money to acquire, saved on Pocket!
