quick add email address to an existing filter
It would be nice if I can create a filter that I can add email addresses to from the mail list. Is this possible to do now or is it a wishful feature.

One way is to create an address book, e.g. Whitelist, and then make a filter as in the attached picture. Add contacts to Whitelist by clicking the icon next to the sender in the header pane, twice, and selecting Whitelist as the target address book.
