Accessing Thunderbird
I cannot start the Thunderbird app as I am directed to reboot to complete an previously installed upgrade. I cannot uninstall either.

Delete the current Thunderbird program folder (c:\program files\Mozilla Thunderbird\ if you are on windows) and reinstall from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/?release=esr
