When I opened browser this morning there was a window from you to "improve" my browser, I did it and now nothing works, can't open any of my bookmarks or access anything else. How do I return to what I had before you [explicit language] it all up?

Hi twohotel9 As I understand the problem appeared after the "improve" my browser operation. I assume we are talking about FireFox browser. In order to perform the settings restore please follow this steps: 1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. Click the menu button. and select Settings. 2. Select the General panel. 3. Below Startup select Restore previous session. 4. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Please let me know if it worked for you, if it did not please describe the situation.

What you are telling me to do is gibberish. Only one menu tab at top of page and it does not have any of the things you are telling me to use in it. "open application menu" I open it and there is no Firefox tab, no Preferences tab.

Do you have the "Old Firefox data" folder on your desktop?
