After doing reset, I can no longer open my emails
I did the reset and now I can't open my emails. I can open them on Internet Explorer so I know it isn't my computer. Something needs to be changed but I am clueless. Can you help. I prefer Firefox as my browser. Thanks I click to open and it just returns to the preview.

Are you getting any error. Check your internet connection and Firewall
