PC crashed losing all data

The SSD memory on my PC suffered a fatal error losing all data and was replaced. I have therefore lost all my apps and settings etc. although I did have a backup of my documents. Is there any way to recover the 100+ tabs and bookmarks I had on Firefox when the PC failed. Thanks David
