Whenever I scroll down a story on Fox News, the heading which consists of links to four other stories, keeps popping up as I scroll down. For example: https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-kaitlan-collins-trump-video-mask-white-house-briefing-room Attached is a screen shot. Thanks for your help. Dave
