shows only revolving circle over and over....tried firefox reinstall several times, also tried refresh....

videos DO play in safe mode...I have no extensions now and still won't work

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
